God of Life and Permanence
Primary Briefing
When the world adjusted to the dawn of the Second Era, two forces were born from the cries of mortals: Nameka, the destructive wind that cleanses the past, and Káeon, the eternal root that sustains the present. They did not come as saviors, but as balance; their eternal dance shaped the cycle of life and death, of creation and destruction.
Nameka, formless and boundless, blows with the fury of storms, unraveling what is decayed and uprooting the dead to make way for the new. Káeon, solid and steadfast, plants roots where she tears, building what is worthy to endure. Each alone is dangerous: Nameka’s chaos consumes all without direction; Káeon’s rigidity stifles what must change. But together, they are the eternal cycle.
It is said that, after a time of clashes and contradictions, Nameka and Káeon reached mutual understanding in a place known as Zenithia. There, beneath skies that never fade and roots that never wither, they forged a pact that endures to this day: neither would act without the other, and their followers would honor both aspects of the cycle, for separating them would break the natural order of the world.
Today, Nameka, the Unstoppable, and Káeon, the Immovable, are the most widely revered gods in Shivath, for their essence guides every breath and every step. In the wind brushing your face lies Nameka. In the earth beneath your feet rests Káeon. They are the pulse of the world, the guardians of the cycle that never ends.
For mortals, worshiping Nameka and Káeon is not merely to honor life and death, but to accept that change and stability are inevitable parts of every being’s journey. Thus, their names echo in the prayers of those seeking wisdom, balance, and strength in the face of the inevitable.
